Booking a Group — Process and Timeline
Group bookings at Kumbh Ganga Retreat follow a specific process: initial enquiry, followed by a detailed proposal from us within 48 hours, followed by a 30% deposit to confirm the block, followed by finalisation of the detailed programme two months before arrival.
Group rates apply for all groups of 10 or more. The per-person rate decreases with group size. The group coordinator service is included at no additional cost for groups of 15 and above.
